1. Rentals // ITFW Timepieces is a watch rental company and reseller of new and used timepieces. New products are sealed, in the box and with all the original contents in place – purchased from the manufacturer (seasonal inventory) or by another watch retailer (promotional inventory).

2. New Products // Unless stated otherwise, new products may be covered by the manufacturer warranty by the manufacturer’s discretion, tracked by Model Number/Serial Number/Case Number upon presentation by you to be defective in material or workmanship. Each product is inspected and tested prior to shipping. We take our business and customer satisfaction, seriously!
